By accessing or using the services provided by GM ABC - FZCO (operating as clawed.agency), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Clawed.io is an independent installation agency for Openclaw. We are not affiliated with or owned by the Openclaw project. We provide a done-for-you installation and managed hosting service: we handle the complete setup, configuration, server management, and ongoing support for Openclaw AI assistant instances on behalf of our customers. Openclaw is an open-source project with its own license and terms.

User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to provide your information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Users must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

Pricing

Our service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at €49/month. Prices are subject to change with notice. Please refer to our pricing page for current rates.

Payment

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in EUR or USD will be accepted for payment. The displayed price and currency at checkout will be the same amount charged to your card. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC sanctioned countries.

Refund Policy

Once Openclaw is installed on your system, you have 14 days to request a refund. During this 14-day period, you can request a full refund without any questions asked. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at contact@clawed.agency.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds will be made back to the original payment method. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on clawed.agency are the property of GM ABC - FZCO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Openclaw itself is open-source software with its own license.

Limitation of Liability

GM ABC - FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Governing Law

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

GM ABC - FZCO reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes.
